I believe every person have their own worries in this life, whether it was their health, money, career, education, even love. But no matter how big your problem is, the world have to keep spinning and you just have to fight your battle.
Sometimes you might be thinking “Why are my problems seems so big and impossible to be solved.” Here is some tips that I want to share, and I hope this helps.
Back when I was a child, I heard the quote “How to eat an elephant ? It is to eat it little by little.” And whenever I face this big battle, I always remember that sentence.
“How to eat an elephant ? It is to eat it little by little.” This have taught me that I should break bigger problem into a bunch of smaller problems, smaller problems could be solved easily. Eventually, you will solve your big problems.
When I wrote this, I’m 22 years old, soon reaching 23. Just like every other people in their twenties, I’m worried about “how to buy a house”, “have a nice career”, “how to build a family”, “taking care of health”, “improving skills”, and etc. But once again “Little by little” I believe I will reach there if my smaller moves were done right.
It was when I read “Atomic Habits” that I started thinking, what is a small 1% improvement that I could for me to get closer to buying a house. Here are the list of small improvement that you could do to save money and buy a house.

- Think about what type of home you want to buy.
- 1 minute work out, otherwise you need to spend more to go doctor.

Not going to lie, I’m also at this phase and still searching what other 1% of improvement that I could do to solve my problem. And I believe, eventually, gradually, little by little, I will reach there. Winning my big battle with small moves.
